A spoonful of butter, burping burpees.
My trainer gave me some advice the other day that now seems pretty obvious, but that I honestly hadn’t thought of. I have trouble with big workouts and eating. I get nauseous. Even if I eat hours before, it still Continue reading A spoonful of butter, burping burpees.

Post this under “Spoke too soon”
Today was not a good day for my feet, and related to that, for footwear. I zipped out for a sandal run and took my neighbor along. We did an easy miler (since this was her first run in a Continue reading Post this under “Spoke too soon”
Running shoes suck, or the day I began loving running in sandals
In a previous attempt to get in shape I depended a lot on “common knowledge” in gearing myself up. I went to a pro shoe store and showed them my gait (somewhere between a drunk rhino and a seizure) and Continue reading Running shoes suck, or the day I began loving running in sandals
